1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Thread Market ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and others who access the Site.

2. Membership Subscriptions

Thread Market offers four membership tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each providing a percentage discount on all products. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• —Membership fees are billed monthly on the date of your initial subscription
• —Discounts are applied automatically to all eligible products while your membership is active
• —You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard
• —Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued
• —Thread Market reserves the right to modify tier pricing with 30 days' notice

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by visiting your account dashboard and selecting "Cancel Membership," or by contacting our support team directly. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain full member access and discounts until that date.

To cancel, you may also email [email protected] or call (140) 995-3221 and a representative will process your request within 1 business day.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely. By providing your payment information, you authorize Thread Market to charge your card on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current. Failed payments may result in suspension of your membership discount until resolved.

5. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected] and we will investigate promptly.

6. Product Catalog and Availability

The Thread Market catalog is visible to all visitors. Purchase access is restricted to active members only. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Thread Market does not guarantee the availability of any specific product at any time.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Thread Market is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• —Attempt to circumvent membership access controls
• —Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thread Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or membership services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
